CROSS MENTORINGs im einzigartigen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.koelnisches-stadtmuseum.de\/\">K\u00f6lnischen Stadtmuseum <\/a>war herzlich, spannend und voller vorfreudigen Gesichter auf die kommenden zw\u00f6lf Monate!<\/p>\n\n<p>16 Tandems gehen nun an den Start. Mit dem Motto \u201eH\u00c4TTE? K\u00d6NNTE? MACHEN!\u201c werden versteckte \u00dcberlegungen und Zweifel beiseitegeschoben und die n\u00e4chsten Karriereschritte gemeinsam erarbeitet. Besonders haben wir uns dar\u00fcber gefreut, dass die <a href=\"https:\/\/gvv-kommunal.de\/\">GVV Versicherungen<\/a> und die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.johanniter.de\/juh\/lv-nrw\/\">Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V.<\/a> das allererste Mal dabei sind!<\/p>\n\n<p>Er\u00f6ffnet wurde der Abend durch den Gastgeber und Museumsdirektor Dr. Matthias Hamann, der historische Frauen wie Katharina Henot in Erinnerung rief, sowie von Christine Kronenberg, die von &#8222;Lieblings-Erfolgsstorys&#8220; vorheriger CROSS MENTORINGs berichtete.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ein Highlight: Die Rede von und das Interview mit unserer Schirmfrau Ulrike Lubek, Landesdirektorin des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvr.de\/\">Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR)<\/a>. Einer ihrer vielen Tipps an die Mentees: Auf den Bauch h\u00f6ren, ob es das Richtige ist, was man tut und gelegentlich auch mal einen Schritt zur\u00fcck gehen darf, um sich neu auszurichten.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8230; und dann ging es endlich los \u2013 das Matching! Alle 16 Mentees bekamen einzeln die Gelegenheit sich sichtbar zu machen und anschlie\u00dfend \u00fcber Fun Facts der Mentorinnen und Mentoren ihr Perfect Match aufzudecken. Ein besonderer Moment, denn ein gutes Matching ist die essentielle Basis f\u00fcr die kommende Tandemzeit.<\/p>\n\n<p>Moderiert wurde die Veranstaltung von der wunderbaren Saskia Rothe und der hurmorvollen Laura Meger, beide Mentees des 11. CROSS MENTORINGs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Wir sind mehr als happy mit dem gelungenen Auftakt und freuen uns riesig auf die kommende Zeit, die neben Tandemgespr\u00e4chen auch von Workshops und Events gepr\u00e4gt sein wird.
