Daraus sind messbare Erfolge entstanden, die sowohl f\u00fcr die Teilnehmenden als auch f\u00fcr das Unternehmen sp\u00fcrbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse im \u00dcberblick<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>23 Tandems<\/strong><br>wurden im Rahmen des Cross Mentoring Programms gebildet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>91 % Retention Rate<\/strong><br>der teilnehmenden weiblichen Talente \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von f\u00fcnf Jahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9 verhinderte K\u00fcndigungen<\/strong><br>durch die Teilnahme am Programm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wirtschaftlicher Mehrwert<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben den positiven Effekten auf Entwicklung und Bindung zeigt sich auch ein klarer wirtschaftlicher Nutzen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>360 % Return on Investment<\/strong><br>durch gesparte Fluktuationskosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>510.000 \u20ac Net Benefit<\/strong><br>als direkter wirtschaftlicher Mehrwert f\u00fcr Str\u00f6er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Karriereentwicklung der Teilnehmerinnen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein weiterer Effekt zeigt sich in der beruflichen Entwicklung der Teilnehmerinnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>38 % h\u00f6here Bef\u00f6rderungsrate<\/strong><br>im Vergleich zu einer Kontrollgruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Das sagt Str\u00f6er selbst<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Cross Mentoring \u00f6ffnet T\u00fcren zu neuen Perspektiven.
