MENTEES

Who benefits from this programme
The programme is designed for professional women in specialist or management positions – and for those preparing to take the next step in their careers. It speaks to women who are ready to take on responsibility, expand their influence, and actively shape their professional path.

Where participants are in their career journey
Whether you are at the beginning of your career or already have several years of experience, leadership experience is not required. The focus lies on personal and professional growth through practical workshops and strength-based training in German. Regular participation is recommended to make the most of the exchange and collective learning experience. Age is not a determining factor.

What the programme offers
Fresh leadership perspectives, stronger strategic impact, and clear positioning within the company – this programme equips participants with the tools to pursue their ambitions with confidence. It provides space to consciously navigate career goals, broaden perspectives, and strengthen personal impact in a sustainable way.

MENTORS

Who qualifies as a mentor
This programme is designed for experienced leaders with at least 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 7 years in a management role. Mentors are recognised experts in their field, have a strong professional network, and are eager to share their knowledge purposefully to support mentees on their career journey.

What mentors bring to the table
Mentors already take on responsibility within teams, projects, or organisations. They are open-minded, reflective, and willing to share their insights. A genuine interest in guiding, advising, and empowering mentees is essential. Previous mentoring experience is not required, and the time commitment can be adapted to individual availability.

What the programme offers mentors
The programme creates a platform for meaningful exchange with committed mentees, offers the opportunity to share expertise, and enables mentors to actively contribute to developing the next generation of female leaders.

Ahead of the programme, we take time for individual 30-minute conversations with each mentee, mentor, and female mentor. This helps us truly understand their strengths, ambitions, and goals — and create meaningful, well-matched mentoring partnerships.

Both mentees and mentors take part in a digital introductory session designed to ease initial nervousness, align expectations, and provide useful guidance for a great start to the mentoring journey.

In the digital “Pitch Perfect” session, mentees learn to present themselves authentically and with impact — making a memorable impression in just a few minutes. The session also helps ease first nerves and prepares them for the kick-off event, where they can introduce themselves through short videos.

Persönlichkeitstest

Auf der Basis des GALLUP Talenttests arbeiten die Mentees ihre persönlichen Stärken heraus und bekommen am Ende des Tages ein klares Bild, was sie beruflich auszeichnet und prägt.

Die kurze, prägnante und überzeugende Präsentation der eigenen Person, die innerhalb weniger Sekunden oder Minuten dem Gegenüber in Erinnerung bleibt.

Vor dem Matching lernen sich alle Mentees & Mentor:innen persönlich kennen und tauschen sich zu verschiedenen Themen rund um (Frauen in) Führung und Mentoring aus.

Die Mentees werden in ihrer Rolle als Mentees gecoacht und bekommen wertvolle
Hilfestellungen für den Rest der verbleibenden Mentoring-Zeit.

Standortbestimmung, Zielsetzung und konkrete Maßnahmenplanung der eigenen Karriere im Einklang mit persönlichen Zielsetzungen werden in 2 ganzen Tagen erarbeitet.

Durch Austausch in der Gruppe sowie gezielter Fragestellungen, stellen die Tandems eine Standortbestimmung auf und planen die zweite Hälfte der Mentoring-Zeit.

Die Relevanz von Personal Branding, Sichtbarkeit und Stärke durch Stimme & Auftreten wird den Mentees vermittelt.

In diesem Workshop entwickeln die Mentees ihre individuelle Strategie, um ihre Präsenz, ihr berufliches Profil und ihre persönliche Wirkung gezielt zu stärken und erfolgreich einzusetzen.

Reflexion der vergangenen 12 Monate, Learnings und Planung der kommenden Zeit sowie die gemeinsame Abschlussfeier.

Networking & Events

Get 2 Know

Das erste digitale Kennenlernen unter Mentees sowie Mentor:innen, in dem die Aufregung genommen wird und Erwartungshaltungen und Tipps & Tricks fürs Mentoring thematisiert werden.

Networking, Keynotes & das MATCHING! Dieser Termin ist Startschuss für die Tandemzeit.

Sowohl digital als auch persönlich. Hier stehen das Netzwerken sowie der interne Austausch zum Mentee- bzw. Mentor:innen-Dasein im Vordergrund.

Ein Besuch bei der Schirmfrau mit Einblicken in ihre Welt, inspirierende Worte, Zeit für Austausch und motivierende Momente.

Regelmäßige Treffen der Mentees untereinander, selbstorganisiert nach dem Motto: „alles kann, nichts muss.“ – Hier wird vor allem Vertrauen geschaffen und Support gelebt.

Was feierlich begann wird feierlich gekrönt. Ein Rückblick auf die letzten 12 Monate und Ausblick in die kommende Zeit. Das Sprungbrett der Mentees wurde gerade erst geebnet.
